We would like to inform you that, pursuant to article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR 2016/679) regarding provisions for the protection of persons and other entities with respect to personal data processing, the personal data provided by you will be processed in line with the above-mentioned legislation and according to principles of legitimacy, propriety, transparency and the protection of your rights and privacy, with particular attention to integrity, privacy, personal identity and the right to the protection of personal data. 

Purposes of processing and destinations of data 

The personal data that you provide will be used for the followingpurposes:

  1. To carry out the requested services, allow an efficient management of client relationships in order to respond to requests for information, assistance, suggestions or specific needs indicated by you. 

  2. To send communications relevant to services offered, newsletters and personalized news updates containing advertising material of our products and services (sales, promotions, etc.) via traditional (telephone with operator) or automated (email) methods. 

Methods of processing 

Processing will be carried out through automated or manual means, with processes and instruments in compliance with the security measures set out in article 32 of the GDPR 2016/679, by specifically appointed persons in line with the requirements of article 29 of the GDPR 2016/679. Security measures will be put in place to guarantee the privacy of the data subject to whom the data refers and avoid unwanted access by third parties or unauthorized persons. 


In compliance with the principles of legitimacy, limitation of purposes and minimization of data, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR 2016/679 we inform you that the storage period for your personal data is set for a length of time not exceeding the completion of the purposes for which they were gathered and respecting the time limits set by the law. 

Nature of Provision

It is mandatory to provide data regarding point a). Refusal to do so will result in it being impossible for Bentanji S.r.l to completely provide the services offered. 

Regarding the purposes of point b), consent to processing is voluntary and may be communicated by ticking the box on the website Lack of this consent will not affect the possibility of receiving services and products requested in any way, but will result exclusively in your inability to receive promotional materials and newsletters from Bentanji S.r.l. 

Disclosure and dissemination

The collected data shall not be disseminated. With regard to the purposes cited above, personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:

  • External consultants tasked with processing operations and/or consultancy for tax substitutions. 

  • Public entities whose data must be disclosed by law (social security agencies, financial offices, etc.).

  • Parent, subsidiary or associated companies to which Bentanji S.r.l. assigns certain activities. 

Transfer of data to third countries

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries, but in any event reserves the possibility of using cloud storage services and in that case the service providers will be selected on the basis of providing adequate security measures, as laid out in article 46 of the GDPR 2016/679.

The Data Controller is Bentanji S.r.l., in the person of a legal representative.

Rights of the data subject 

Pursuant to articles 15-22 of the GDPR 2016/679, at any time you may exercise your right to:

  • Request verification of the existence or lack thereof of your personal data.

  • Receive information regarding the purposes of their processing, categories of personal data, the parties or categories of parties to whom the personal data have or shall be disclosed, and, when possible, the storage period. 

  • Obtain the correction and erasure of data.

  • Obtain the restriction of their processing. 

  • Obtain data portability, i.e. to receive your data from the data controller in a commonly used format readable by an electronic device, and transfer it to another data controller without impediment. 

  • Object to the processing at any time, including in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes. 

  • Object to an automated decision-making process relative to natural persons, including profiling.
