RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

On Demand Downloads are good for one year. If they are unused within that time, they will expire. On Demand Downloads will be renewed automatically when the User runs out of downloads unless the User explicitly cancels the auto-renewal by changing the on-site Settings.

If the User wishes to stop automatic renewal of On Demand Downloads, he/she should log into the Site, go to the «Buyer Menu» — «On Demand Downloads » — «On/Off», and cancel the On Demand Downloads renewal feature.

On Demand Downloads purchased on the website are not subject to return or exchange.

Important: Bentanji does not send any notices by any means (email, mail, phone, fax, etc.) regarding an impending On Demand Downloads renewal.

If a file purchased on the website is of inappropriate quality, Bentanji can, upon verification of defect or deficiency, refund On Demand Downloads to customer accounts.

The foundation of reconsideration of the fact of purchasing file(s) is customer's request in the support service with the indication of his/her login, unique identification file number and reasons stating why the file(s) is (are) unsatisfactory.

The criteria in accordance to which the file(s) is (are) considered unsatisfactory are determined by the specialists of Bentanji in each case, upon agreement with the customer.

Bentanji reserves sole discretion in determining the viability of any file, and its Quality Assurance specialists will work with you to reach a fair and equitable resolution, up to and including full reimbursement of all expenses associated with that purchase.

Subscription Plan dues are non-refundable and will not be returned under any circumstances.
